Alicia founded Tidy Tails To Go out of her love for dogs, grooming, and the belief that every pet deserves to feel comfortable, clean, and happy. Her mission has always been to build a team of groomers who share that same passion and genuinely care about the experience they create for every pet. 

Alicia is passionate about showing pet parents that grooming is not a “one-size-fits-all” experience. Every dog has their own personality, comfort level, and needs—and she believes their grooming experience should be tailored to them.

Known for her friendly nature, patience, and calm approach, Alicia loves working with pups of all grooming comfort levels and helping them build positive relationships with grooming.

What started as a love for grooming has grown into a team dedicated to making pets feel their very best—and Alicia couldn’t be more proud of the Tidy Tails family they’ve created! 🐾

Mercedes joins the Tidy Tails team with an impressive 8 years of corporate grooming experience and a true passion for caring for pets of all kinds! 🐶🐱

She is known for being compassionate, patient, and incredibly gentle, taking the time to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their grooming experience.

Whether she’s working with a playful pup or a more particular kitty, Mercedes brings the same level of patience, kindness, and expertise to every appointment.

Jade has been surrounded by animals of all kinds her entire life, and that lifelong love for animals shines through in everything she does as a Tidy Tails mobile groomer! 

With her unique experiences and expertise working with pups, Jade is passionate about bringing gentle, personalized care right to your driveway. She loves getting to know each dog as an individual and making their grooming experience as comfortable and positive as possible.

 Jazmyn has a deep love for animals of all kinds and an incredible eye for detail. With over 6 years of experience as a professional groomer, she has mastered the art of transforming scruffy pups into happy, pampered cuties! 

Her experience extends beyond dogs, too—Jazmyn is also excited to work with our feline friends! 🐱 She’s known for her gentle touch, patience, and genuine passion for making every pet feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their grooming experience.

She’s the warm voice on the phone booking your appointments, the friendly email keeping you up to date, our social media guru, and don’t be surprised if you catch her in the van helping scrub your pup in the tub!

Behind the scenes, Meredith keeps the Tidy Tails wheels turning, making sure all of our systems, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her hard work behind the scenes allows our groomers to focus on what they do best: providing the attentive, one-on-one care and personalized grooming experience your pet deserves. 

Whether she’s behind a computer, on the phone, creating content, or getting her hands dirty in the van, Meredith truly does it all—and we’re so lucky to have her! 💗

We’re so excited to welcome Alonna, better known as Al, to the Tidy Tails team! 🦴

Al brings over 6 years of experience working as a professional bather in the corporate grooming world, giving them a strong foundation in pet care, handling, bathing, drying, and creating positive grooming experiences.

Their experience doesn’t stop at grooming! Al also has experience training dogs, giving them an extra understanding of canine behavior, body language, and how to help dogs feel safe and comfortable in new situations.

At Tidy Tails, Al will be putting their experience and love for animals to work as part of our grooming support team. We’re thrilled to have them on board and can’t wait for our clients and their pups to meet them! 🐶
